HOW IT WORKS

What actually happens in the room.

A structured founder-investor forum, from the opening pitch to follow-ups after the room.

01

One founder opens the main room.

A selected founder pitches live to every investor and founder present.

05

Live feedback and discussion.

Direct feedback from the investor, plus a scorecard showing which areas need the most work.

02

Angel and Anthony give feedback.

Multi-exited founders, Angel Gambino and Anthony Rose, respond live in front of the full room.

06

Back to the main stage.

Everyone reconvenes to hear investor feedback and each room's chosen winner.

03

Founders move into pitch rooms.

A small group breaks into rooms, each hosted by one or more investors.

07

Follow-ups and introductions.

Conversations continue after the room.

04

Each founder pitches.

Strictly three minutes per founder to pitch, with or without a deck.

Year-end

The Pitch Slam winner.

Room winners across the year compete in the December final round in front of investors and judges from prior rounds as well as fresh faces from early-stage funds.

DECEMBER 3, 2026

The Final Round

The year's room winners take the mic, one last time. No breakout rooms. Every finalist pitches on the main stage, head to head, for the title of 2026 Pitch Slam Winner.

WHO PITCHES

Monthly room winners only.

Only founders who won a monthly Pitch Slam room in 2026 are eligible to pitch. You earn your seat by winning your room.

EVERYONE ELSE

Open to all. Free to all.

If you are a founder who did not win a room, join as an observer. Investors join to observe or judge.

THE WINNER RECEIVES

A feature, a package, and advisory.

A feature across Angel Club, SeedLegals, and The Startup Station, more than 270,000 combined followers, a Ready to Raise package, and private 1:1 advisory with Angel Gambino, Anthony Rose, and Kevin Jurovich.

OUTCOMES

What founders and investors said after the room.

"Pitch Slam was a fantastic experience. Presenting to experienced investors and receiving thoughtful, constructive feedback was incredibly valuable, and we were thrilled to be selected as the winner of our breakout room. I'd highly recommend Pitch Slam to founders looking to strengthen their pitch, gain investor insights, and build meaningful connections."

"Judging Angel Club Pitch Slam was one of the best hours I've spent recently. The founders who stood out weren't necessarily the most polished—they were the ones who had genuinely stress-tested their assumptions. It's a high-quality community focused on helping founders improve and raise capital."

"Pitch Slam was my first formal investor pitch, and it exceeded my expectations. Three minutes in front of real investors produced feedback that was immediately actionable, and I was proud to win my breakout room. The experience reinforced that you don't become a better founder by waiting until you're 'ready'—you get better by pitching. I'd recommend Pitch Slam to any founder serious about improving their fundraising."

"The Pitch Slam was a great experience. It's quick, high energy and the feedback from my judge was very useful. It's especially helpful if you're trying to hone your 3-minute pitch."

“That was exciting and packed with great startups. Love the chance to practice for all these intrepid founders.”

“A great event including great founders and investors. Thank you for making this happen.”
