Angel Club is a private network. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser or funding portal. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any offer is made only to accredited investors through the definitive documents for that investment. Angel Club does not provide investment, legal or tax advice and does not recommend any investment. Investors make their own decisions and do their own due diligence. Early-stage investing is high risk, and you may lose your entire investment.
